The Third District Appellate Court affirmed the judgment of the Circuit Court of Peoria County finding that an HRBK client obtained a parcel of property in Peoria County via adverse possession by tacking his adverse possession with that of his father and father’s trust.
The Supreme Court denied the opposing party’s Petition for Leave to Appeal to the Supreme Court.
HRBK’s Marci Shoff provided the representation in the Circuit Court, where she obtained a Summary Judgment on his behalf.
