Siobhan received her undergraduate degree from Indiana University in 1990, followed by her Juris Doctor at the University of Illinois College of Law in 1993.
Siobhan’s ties to the local legal community began during law school when she clerked for a local firm. Upon completing law school, she worked for a small firm in Washington, IL. After which, she took time off of the practice of law to raise her children. Prior to joining HRBK in 2020, Siobhan spent five years working as a juvenile prosecutor for the Peoria County State’s Attorney’s Office. While there, she handled a variety of legal matters including numerous trials in both criminal and civil court.
Siobhan is married and has 2 grown children.
